Weโre hiring a high-ownership Head of Client Operations to lead client delivery, campaign performance, retention, and operational execution inside a fast-growing startup environment.
This is not a traditional project management role.
You will fully own:

Client Relationship Ownership
Serve as the primary point of contact for:
- 20โ30 active client accounts
Lead:
- client check-ins
- strategic conversations
- ongoing communication
Manage expectations and proactively prevent churn
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Ensure clients feel:
- informed
- supported
- confident in delivery
Campaign Performance & Delivery
Diagnose and fix:
- underperforming campaigns
- deliverability issues
- inbox placement problems
- low-converting messaging
Review campaigns before launch to ensure:
- technical readiness
- copy quality
- deliverability setup
Continuously optimize:
- open rates
- reply rates
- meeting conversion
- campaign performance
Personally contribute to:
- copywriting
- troubleshooting

Cold Email & Deliverability Operations
Own campaign execution quality across:
- inbox warm-up
- domain health
- deliverability

- sending infrastructure
Understand and troubleshoot:
- spam placement
- DNS issues
- API/integration problems
- automation breakdowns
Work closely with technical teams to improve system reliability
Processes, Systems & Documentation
Build operational playbooks and delivery workflows
Improve:

- client communication standards
Create scalable systems while the company grows rapidly
Track:
- SLAs
- client health
- delivery metrics
- operational bottlenecks
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate closely with:
