Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead – Remote | SaaS Product Launch & Growth Strategy
Position Type: Full-Time, Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to own the launch strategy and execution for two upcoming SaaS products.
This is a high-ownership startup role designed for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to take products from zero to launch.
You will be the first GTM hire, responsible for:
- Product launch execution
- Beta user acquisition
- Positioning and messaging
- Demand generation
- Launch campaigns
- Growth experimentation
- Building repeatable GTM systems
This is not a “manage agencies and delegate work” position.
You’ll be expected to:
- Write copy
- Build campaigns
- Run outreach
- Launch products
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and results
You’ll lead the launch of Product A first, then apply learnings and systems to successfully launch Product B.

What You’ll Own
GTM Strategy & Product Launch Execution
Own the complete go-to-market strategy for:
- Product A
- Product B
Build launch plans from the ground up:
- Positioning
- Messaging
- Acquisition strategy
- Launch sequencing
- User onboarding
Personally execute launch initiatives instead of delegating execution
Continuously refine launch strategy based on user feedback and performance data
Apply learnings from Product A to improve the launch of Product B
Beta User Acquisition & Early Growth
Identify and recruit beta users for early product validation
Execute outbound outreach through:
- Communities
- Founder networks
- Partnerships
Build relationships with early adopters and gather actionable feedback
Create systems for onboarding, engagement, and retention during beta stages
Positioning, Messaging & Narrative Development
Develop compelling positioning that clearly communicates product value
Craft messaging tailored to:
- ICPs
- Buyer pain points
- Use cases
- Market segments
Create clear, conversion-focused narratives that drive engagement and adoption
Continuously test and refine messaging based on market feedback
Launch Campaigns & Marketing Assets
Create and manage:
- Landing pages
- Email sequences
- Product launch campaigns
- Waitlists
- Onboarding flows
- Product announcements
Write high-converting:
- Copy
- CTAs
- Email campaigns
- User onboarding sequences
Coordinate launch execution across stakeholders and partners
Playbook Development & Process Building
Document:
- Launch strategies
- Campaign learnings
- Messaging tests
- Acquisition channels
- Conversion insights
Build repeatable GTM systems and playbooks for future launches
Improve launch speed, efficiency, and scalability over time

Requirements (Must-Have)
Experience
Proven experience as an early GTM hire (employee #1–5 preferred)
Experience launching at least one B2B SaaS product end-to-end
4–8 years of experience across:
- Product Marketing

- Product Launches

Strong hands-on execution ability across:

Experience building:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) environments
Experience working directly with founders or executive teams
Exposure to:

What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Build and refine launch plans
- Conduct outreach to beta users and partners
