About People in Need
We are a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded in 1992. We’ve grown to become one of Central and Eastern Europe’s largest non-profits, with 1001 to 5000 employees. Our work includes providing humanitarian aid in crisis regions and engaging in international development cooperation. We also work to fight poverty and malnutrition, strengthen civil society, and support human rights globally. In the Czech Republic, we focus on education and helping citizens facing social exclusion. We currently operate in 42 countries.
