Our founder, Jeff Payne, holds degrees in HR and Business. He is a Lean Six-Sigma Blackbelt who specializes in sourcing Lean and Operational Excellence executives and leaders. Our recruiters have backgrounds as hiring managers in various fields, which helps us vet candidates.
