We develop and deploy AI agents for AI factories to optimize power, cooling, and workload management systems for maximum tokens per watt. Founded in 2019, we offer two main product lines.

Phaidra Prism is an LLM-first AI assistant for on-site operations teams in critical facilities. It identifies, prioritizes, and gives insights for facility mechanical systems. It includes an LLM for natural language interaction with Building Management Systems (BMS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and Energy Performance Management Systems (EPMS).

Phaidra Factory offers AI agents that manage power, cooling, and workload. For example, our DTC Liquid-cooling agent optimizes the Thermal Control System (TCS) loop at the Cooling Distribution Unit (CDU) controller, improving thermal stability, reliability, and energy efficiency. In tests with NVIDIA, this agent reduced thermal spikes related to AI workloads by approximately 80%.

Our AI agents aim to maximize tokens per watt and reduce the power needed for cooling, freeing up power for IT deployment. We specialize in Artificial Intelligence, Process Controls & Optimization, Machine Learning, Industrial Automation, Data Center Operations, AI factory design and operation, critical cooling, and DTC Liquid-cooling systems within software development. Leadership experience includes individuals from Google-Deepmind, AWS, Trane Technologies, and Johnson Controls.

Our mission is to enable AI factories to operate as a single unit of compute. We do this by transforming AI factories from cost centers into revenue-generating entities, maximizing performance per watt through AI agents across the entire tech stack. We are a 100% remote company with no physical office. We hire internationally across the USA, Canada, Europe, and India. We foster a documentation-first culture and use asynchronous communication. Teams usually meet daily, with bi-weekly all-hands meetings. An annual in-person company summit is held in various international locations to promote team cohesion. Our work environment is fast-paced and team-oriented. We have between 51-200 employees.
