Picnic Technologies

We started Picnic Technologies in 2015 as a digital grocery company, offering an affordable and sustainable delivery service in the Netherlands, Germany, and France.

We manage all aspects of our operations in-house, from forecasting and developing automated warehouses to creating new electric delivery vehicles and building our internal and customer-facing applications. We handle product selection, analyze market trends, set pricing strategies, and optimize our offerings to reduce food waste. Our in-house capabilities span e-commerce, automation, new vehicle development, IT, last-mile logistics, and supply chain management.

We offer free lunch, snacks, and drinks at all our Picnic locations. For a 40-hour contract, we provide 30 vacation days per year and a company laptop.

We provide a wide range of internal training and development opportunities. Home office options are available upon request, but we expect employees to be in the office at least two days per week. Employees also receive various discounts and vouchers.

For student roles, we offer an attractive salary: €14.75 per hour for Bachelor students and €15.50 per hour for Master students.
