What you’ll do
As the Strategic Events Marketing Lead, you will own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of Pindrop’s global events portfolio – including industry conferences, trade shows, owned experiences, virtual events, and executive programs – to drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and elevate our brand in the voice security and AI space. You will blend exceptional event strategy and execution with data-driven, AI-enabled marketing to scale impact, improve personalization, and continuously optimize performance.
Develop and own the integrated event marketing strategy (in-person and virtual) aligned with Pindrop’s go-to-market priorities, target accounts, and revenue goals, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Lead the planning and execution of Pindrop’s presence at key industry events, trade shows, and partner conferences (e.g., booth strategy, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, executive programs, customer meetings), ensuring cohesive brand storytelling and measurable business outcomes.
Design and execute Pindrop-owned events and experiences (executive roundtables, field events, roadshows, workshops, webinars) that engage target personas, create differentiated value, and showcase Pindrop’s voice security and AI innovation.
Integrate AI and automation across the event lifecycle to increase efficiency and impact, including:
- Using AI tools for audience research, persona insights, and account prioritization.
- Leveraging AI for content ideation, personalization, and localization (e.g., invitations, landing pages, nurture sequences, event scripts), always with strong human review and brand oversight.
- Applying AI-driven analytics to forecast attendance, score engagement, and predict pipeline impact to guide event selection and investment.
Partner with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations to define event KPIs, build reporting dashboards, and implement AI-enriched attribution models that connect events to pipeline, revenue, and expansion.
Own the event calendar, budget, and resourcing for all field and event marketing initiatives; prioritize programs based on data, AI-driven insights, and GTM needs, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Build and manage relationships with key external partners (event organizers, agencies, production vendors, design and A/V partners, AI-enabled event platforms) to enhance the attendee experience and operational efficiency.
Drive pre-, during-, and post-event integrated campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation:
- Pre-event: AI-informed audience segmentation, invite strategy, and multi-channel promotion to maximize registrations, meetings, and awareness.
- At-event: Coordinated onsite experience, speaking engagements, demos, and customer storytelling that highlight Pindrop’s AI and voice security leadership.
- Post-event: AI-optimized follow-up workflows, content repurposing, and nurture programs tailored to engagement level, persona, and buying stage.
Act as a subject matter expert and internal champion for the effective use of generative AI in event marketing, including training and upskilling the broader marketing team on best practices, prompt design, experimentation, and responsible use.
Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales to translate complex technical capabilities (e.g., voice AI, fraud detection, authentication) into compelling event narratives, demonstrations, and experiences that resonate with executive and practitioner audiences.
Continuously test and innovate with new formats (hybrid events, interactive demos, digital experiences) and AI-powered tools (chatbots, recommendation engines, real-time content personalization) to differentiate Pindrop at every touchpoint.
Establish scalable event playbooks, processes, and templates (including AI-assisted workflows) that can be replicated across regions, segments, and partner programs.
Who you are
