We are a biotechnology research company founded in 2019, with 11-50 employees, specializing in machine learning, drug discovery, and medicinal chemistry. We use Proton, an AI platform, to speed up the discovery of new medicines.
Proton addresses the entire Design-Make-Test cycle of medicinal chemistry. It combines our proprietary data with chemistry foundation models to design molecules, then plans synthetic routes for making them in parallel. We also use active learning to gather data, constantly improving our models.
We have an internal pipeline focused on Women’s Health and Fertility. We also work on small molecule programs with pharmaceutical partners, having signed over $1 billion in AI agreements, including four multi-year deals with Pfizer and Amgen. An NIH grant also supports our antiviral drug discovery center for pandemic preparedness.
