About the Strategy & Operations Graduate Stream
Our 2-year Strategy and Operations grad program offers an exceptional foundation, where you will enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on operational experience. You will rapidly grow professionally, and immediately experience the impact your work makes on fellow SEEKers and our customers.
When you start, you will:
- Be setup for success with our accelerator training program
- Explore four 6-month rotations across different areas of the business, such as core strategy, artificial intelligence (AI), product development, commercial excellence and our internal start-ups
- Have a dedicated career coach, a seasoned leader within the business, who will support, guide and mentor you in your early career and beyond
- Drive decisions that have real-time impact and shape our business priorities
- Learn from senior leaders and subject matter experts with diverse backgrounds, including global technology companies and management consulting
- Work on platforms with millions of monthly users, across more than a dozen countries, including developing, early-stage and mature businesses
- Be paid $95,000 + super + annual performance bonus.
- Be based at our global HQ here in Melbourne, we hope you like ice cream!
When you finish, the pathways are endless. You’ll be a well-rounded and trusted advisor and as a permanent employee from the beginning, you’ll have access to roles across the business. Our Grad alumni have moved into various roles across SEEK including Strategy Analyst, Product Manager, Operations Manager and Artificial Intelligence Product Manager.
Qualifications
Who we’re SEEKing?
To be eligible to apply:
- You are in the final year of your degree (or completed in the last two years) in any field
- You are able to relocate to Melbourne (if you’re not already here) by February 2027.
- We welcome applications from all candidates. You must have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia that remain valid throughout the program and allow you to continue working with us after completion.

- After you submit an application, you may be invited to take part in an online assessment
- An assessment day will be held on Wednesday 20 May, followed by final interviews on Monday 25 May. Please note you must be available on these dates to be part of the recruitment process (assessments will be completed in person for candidates in Victoria and via Zoom for candidates outside of Victoria).
