Founded in 2010, we offer reports and title support services for real estate due diligence before closing. Our services help protect buyers from problems by giving them key property data. These include Municipal Lien Searches, Tax Certificates, Association Estoppels, Association Identification, Land Surveys, Payoff Tracking, and Curative Services.

We serve title agents, closing attorneys, and lenders. Our services integrate with common title production software. Our mission is to provide title support services that make the due diligence process smoother. We use our own software to quickly find fees, liens, and assessments, which helps speed up closings. We are a company of 201-500 employees, founded in 2010. Our leadership team includes Jesse Biter (CEO / Owner), Tim Healy (President), Jessica Skinner (Controller), Katie Miller, Esq. (General Counsel), Jennifer Niccolai (Director of HR), and David Daley (VP of Product).

We encourage internal growth. Over the past year, we’ve filled more than 80% of non-entry-level positions with current employees. Benefits & Perks

We offer competitive compensation. Entry-level positions in the US start at a minimum of $15/hr, and certain roles in Colombia have a base salary of COP 6,500,000 per month.

Employees get 15 PTO days in their first year, increasing to 20 after their first anniversary. Some positions offer unlimited PTO. We provide 8 paid holidays annually.

Core benefits include medical and dental plans, plus a 401k plan with up to 2% company matching. Remote opportunities are available for nearly all roles.

Additional benefits include legal benefits (in certain regions), an internet allowance/stipend for remote work, and the potential for an indefinite contract after successful training and meeting objectives. Employees get free employer-paid life insurance and short-term disability (STD). Voluntary options are available for additional life insurance (spouse, children, family), long-term disability (LTD), AD&D, Critical Illness, and other supplemental plans. After training and meeting performance standards, employees may qualify for monthly bonuses and raises based on productivity and quality goals. Government-mandated benefits and pension plans are provided in relevant regions.
