ProSidian Seeks a Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor | Workplace Empowerment Training [USARC0012012] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual in The CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, Contract Contingent, generally located across the CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) Across The Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region supporting a Army Reserve civilian leadership development and training environment

The Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor | Workplace Empowerment Training [USARC0012012] is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II.

We seek Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor | Workplace Empowerment Training [USARC0012012] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Workplace Empowerment Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - Civilian Training Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor [Civilian Training Services] aligned with the Workplace Empowerment Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the DOD/Military Industry Sector.

This role focusses on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) | USARC Civilian Training Services - ‘Civilian Personnel Management Office (CPMO)  Generally Located In CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery) and across the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region (Of Country/World) Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual.

Delivering workplace empowerment learning solutions that strengthen workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, and mission performance.

The Workplace Empowerment Training program equips civilian professionals, supervisors, and emerging leaders with practical strategies for creating an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture. Participants learn how to foster accountability, strengthen employee ownership, improve engagement, and support professional growth through contemporary leadership and organizational development practices. Through coaching, facilitated learning, collaborative exercises, and applied workforce development techniques, participants gain tools to cultivate trust, resilience, innovation, and sustained organizational performance.

Learning Objectives:  Develop the ability to foster employee engagement; build trust and accountability; improve communication; support professional growth; strengthen workplace collaboration; enhance employee recognition practices; and create a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor | Workplace Empowerment Training [USARC0012012]

  • Develop lesson plans; facilitate classroom and virtual instruction; conduct assessments; provide coaching and feedback; support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.

The role(s) are located in the Southeastern United States / U.S. East Coast Region, at or near CONUS - Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC and Virtual Delivery).  Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual:  4710 Knox Street (Marshall Hall) Fort Bragg, NC 28310-5010

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor | Workplace Empowerment Training [USARC0012012] Candidates:

  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred.
  • 5–10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
  • This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the DOD/Military Sector and Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor Candidates principally support Workplace Empowerment Training Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.

Skills Required

  • Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities, Workplace Empowerment Training, and Functional Area Activities.
  • Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.

Competencies Required

  • Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, and customer focus.

  • Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methodologies.

  • The Workplace Empowerment Training Instructor typically provides 1 Day (8 Hours) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Virtual Engagements serving as a Training Design Specialist / Instructor Level II Mid-Senior Instructor / Facilitator aligned with NAICS: 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training and Knowledge Management.

  • The Workplace Empowerment professional specialty requires facilitation of employee engagement, an inclusive culture, workforce motivation, accountability, leadership communication, and organizational development concepts.

Other Details

  • NACI eligibility required; supports USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program; in-person and virtual delivery.
