We offer personal loan and credit card products through an online marketplace. We use machine learning and advanced analytics to automate credit decisions, including approvals, declines, and credit line assignments. We build models using various data sources to manage credit and fraud risk, always adhering to responsible AI and regulatory requirements.

Our underwriting team develops strategies for personal loan portfolios, managing the entire credit lifecycle and ensuring we meet regulatory and internal controls. These strategies use ML models to help us grow our customer base and deliver returns to investors.

Our collections and recoveries department creates and improves strategies for personal loan and card products. We use data and machine learning to make these strategies more effective, efficient, and customer-friendly, which includes developing loss forecasting models.

We also have an institutional sales team that builds relationships with asset managers, private credit firms, banks, and other financial institutions. This team drives growth for our unsecured consumer products and new offerings. They manage the sales process from initial contact to purchase agreements, structure capital markets transactions, and coordinate due diligence.

Our infrastructure security efforts focus on cloud security across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Azure. This includes designing and executing security measures daily, leading data security and vulnerability management, building security automation with Terraform and CI/CD, fine-tuning cloud security posture tools, and creating cloud security standards, runbooks, and detections in Chronicle SIEM.
