Our products are available directly to consumers, through financial advisers, and as part of group and workplace superannuation schemes. We are part of the Dai-ichi Life Group, an international insurance organization.

Our products include Income Protection/Salary Continuance Cover, Term Life Cover, Total and Permanent Disability Cover, Funeral Expenses Cover, and Critical Illness Cover. We apply clinical expertise in underwriting and claims, design digital solutions for group life initiatives, and lead strategic partnerships for our direct-to-customer offerings. We also integrate embedded insurance solutions. Our work includes ensuring regulatory compliance through our Accountability Framework, managing claims using data-driven insights, and developing digital products, including those with AI technology. We oversee vendor relationships and ensure our procurement processes meet regulatory standards.
