We provide weather forecasts, personalized insights, and critical weather alerts to individuals, communities, and businesses worldwide. Founded in 1989, we operate brands like The Weather Network, MétéoMédia, Eltiempo, Otempo, and Clima. Our enterprise division, Pelmorex Weather Source, helps companies use weather data. We also operate Canada’s National Alert Aggregation and Dissemination (NAAD) System, which is part of the Alert Ready emergency alert system.

We serve over 40 million people monthly worldwide, providing more than 70,000 alerts and forecasts for over 3.4 million locations each year. Our brands, The Weather Network and MétéoMédia, are widely used in Canada. ElTiempo is a popular app in Spain. Our team includes over 50 meteorologists and more than 200 professionals in technology, data science, data management, and product development.

We develop solutions like OnPoint Fire Weather Index, a wildfire risk score; an AI avatar for local forecasts; Gaia Retail, which links weather data to sales trends for demand insights; and the Fire & Smoke Map, a real-time map of wildfires and smoke across North America. We recently launched Your Weather Assistant, a generative AI tool, and Gaia Energy, an AI-powered weather forecasting solution for the energy market.
