As a Brand & Category Associate Manager, you will be at the heart of our marketing strategy. You will act as the bridge between commercial objectives and creative execution, ensuring that your assigned categories grow through impactful, 360° communication. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude who can manage complex projects from brief to final report.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 360° Briefing & Execution: Lead creative briefs for TVC, Digital (Social, Newsletters, Site Banners), Print, and In-store assets, ensuring seamless execution across all communication channels.
  • Assigned Categories’ Growth: Drive the performance and growth of assigned categories through strategic marketing initiatives and integrated brand campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Monitor competition and leverage global and local consumer insights and market trends to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
  • Supplier & Partner Coordination: Maintain daily communication with suppliers and external partners to ensure effective coordination and successful implementation of promotional activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Commercial, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, PR) to achieve optimal results through strong collaboration and synergies.
  • Innovation & Idea Generation: Proactively develop and propose innovative ideas that enhance brand visibility and category performance.
  • Marketing Planning & Budgeting: Contribute to the development of the annual marketing plan and budget, aligned with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Marketing, or Account Management (Retail experience is a strong plus).
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in managing both digital and offline communication channels.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek; strong presentation skills.
  • Fulfilled military service (for men)
