We are looking for a talented Cost Performance Analyst to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and execute cost management strategies and performance targets within Supply Chain operations.
- Develop and maintain accurate cost estimation models for various supply chain activities. Ensure accurate allocation of costs, adherence to financial controlling targets and proper tracking of expenses.
- Perform cost variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, providing actionable insights and corrective action recommendations.
- Prepare concise cost reports, dashboards, and presentations covering cost trends, forecasts, and key KPIs.
- Partner with Supply Chain teams (Warehousing, Last Mile, Orders Fulfilment) to ensure alignment with cost objectives and continuous performance improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Management or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in cost controlling, financial analysis, or supply chain performance management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (ERP, reporting tools).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and results-driven approach.
