Responsibilities:
- Review the contracts’ business terms and highlights areas for improvement, while support the negotiation process
- Support the full cycle of IT vendor and supplier contracts procedures, including the negotiation, preparation, finalization, maintenance and optimization
- Liaise with all the units of Public Group to identify possible synergies
- Monitor and report the performance of the partners throughout the contract or project lifecycle, supporting also the business unit during the contract closure
- Identify and propose new partnership opportunities to fit business requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers
- Participate in the process of designing the governance and SLA for contract management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Finance, Business Administration
- 2-3 years of previous experience in dealing with IT business and Contract Management roles
- Experience with contract management, IT vendor strategy preparation and negotiation
- Understanding of financial principles related to budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis
- Familiarity with IT project management principles and related methodologies
- Negotiation and management skills
- Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree in computer science, or in Business Administration will be considered as a plus
