The People & Culture Assistant supports the planning and coordination of initiatives that strengthen company culture and enhance the organization’s employer brand. The role focuses primarily on the operational coordination of career events, partnerships with educational institutions, and talent attraction activities, ensuring excellent organization and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate company participation in career days, job fairs, and employer branding events
  • Manage relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions
  • Support planning, execution, and tracking of the annual career events roadmap
  • Handle event logistics, materials, registrations, representatives, and follow-ups
  • Support the execution of the employer branding strategy and related initiatives
  • Collect and organize employee stories and testimonials for employer branding use
  • Maintain and update databases of contacts, leads, and talent pools
  • Track and report on attraction and employer branding effectiveness metrics
  • Support internal engagement, culture initiatives, and onboarding-related activities
  • Assist with employee surveys, internal HR campaigns, and partner coordination
  • Support candidate communication and recruitment events (open days, hiring events)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and provide administrative support to People & Culture projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, employer branding, event coordination, or similar roles
  • Experience in organizing events or working with universities is a strong asset
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP (nice to have)
  • Fluency in English
