As a Brand & Category Manager, you will be at the heart of our marketing strategy. You will act as the bridge between commercial objectives and creative execution, ensuring that your assigned categories grow through impactful, 360° communication. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a “can-do” attitude who can manage complex projects from brief to final report.
Key Responsibilities
- 360° Briefing & Execution: Lead creative briefs for TVC, Digital (Social, Newsletters, Site Banners), Print, and In-store assets.
- Category Growth: Drive performance through strategic marketing, Coop campaigns with partners, and trend analysis.
- Media & Budgeting: Assist in annual/monthly media planning, monitor budgets, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Retail Activations: Coordinate in-store events, new store openings, and refit promotions.
- Quality Control: Oversee marketing proofs and ensure brand consistency (Mixed Category Comms).
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Marketing, or Account Management (Retail experience is a strong plus).
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Proven experience in managing both digital and offline communication channels.
- Strong ability to interpret data, monitor budgets, and report on KPIs/ROI.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent command of English and Greek; strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
