As PMO Manager at PublicNEXT, you will work closely with executive leadership to shape technology delivery strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and drive impactful transformation projects across the organization.
You will lead a team of Tech Project Managers delivering innovative solutions across Digital Channels, Customer Experience, ERP, Supply Chain, and Next-Gen Retail Applications. Your role will focus on ensuring successful execution, improving delivery processes, and maximizing business value for customers, partners, and employees.
Working closely with IT leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help align technology initiatives with business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Technology Project Managers across multiple business domains.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize projects and manage strategic roadmaps.
- Drive successful delivery of technology initiatives through effective planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
- Build and improve PMO frameworks, KPIs, reporting, and delivery processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and customer experience improvement.
- Translate complex technology concepts into clear business communication.
- Monitor technology and retail trends to support innovation and digital transformation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Technology Delivery roles.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional technology projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience with Digital, ERP, Customer Experience, Retail, or Supply Chain technologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience building PMO processes, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are considered a plus.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Understanding (and ideally familiarity) of Gen AI tools and basic concepts will be considered a plus, as it is considered a skill that will be a must have in the foreseeing future
