We are seeking a Services Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain & Operations team. The role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our external partners network, responsible for home appliance at-home installation. This role requires good knowledge of GR & CY technicians’ networks, strong negotiation skills, the ability to manage contracts and payments and the capability to support our sales channels with any network-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with new & existing external service providers to expand the company’s service installations capacity.
- Manage negotiations, contracts and payments with partners to ensure seamless operations and cost reduction.
- Communicate with and evaluate external partners based on their performance, organizing regular meetings.
- Monitor and ensure the performance aligns with company targets, tracking and analyzing SLAs.
- Launch new services and expand installation in new categories.
- Build and grow a strong team, quickly solving any network-related issue.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the retail sector.
- Technical knowledge of home appliance installation is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Experience in managing external partners and ensuring SLA adherence.
- Hight level of customer obsession and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize KPIs.
- Knowledge of English at a working level.
