The Vision
We are moving away from the slow, traditional “Design → Handover → Development” cycle. We are looking for a high-output AI Web Architect & Motion Designer to join our team. We do not use Figma. Our process is streamlined: you will take customer information from an onboarding call and be solely responsible for building, animating, and launching their website from start to finish.
You must be a power-user of Lovable for site building and Higgsfield for creating cinematic videos and custom animations. You are the “Pilot” of these tools, responsible for ensuring the final product is professional, functional, and visually stunning.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Site Construction: Build complete, multi-page websites in Lovable based on customer data. You will handle everything from layout to database logic.
- Cinematic Animation: Use Higgsfield (Cinema Studio, Vibe Motion) to produce high-quality video content and motion graphics that are integrated directly into the website.
- End-to-End Ownership: You own the project from the moment the onboarding notes land on your desk until the site is ready for its final QA round.
- Aesthetic Quality Control: Since there is no Figma mockup, you are the lead designer. You must ensure typography, color theory, and video-to-web transitions are world-class.
- Rapid Iteration: Process internal QA feedback and client edits with extreme speed using AI-assisted workflows.
Requirements:
- Tool Mastery: Proven experience (or an incredible portfolio) using Lovable.dev and Higgsfield.ai or similar AI Tools.
- Visual Storytelling: A background in design, video editing, or motion graphics. You know how to make AI-generated video look like high-end cinema.
- Technical Logic: An understanding of web structure (hosting, domains, responsive design) to ensure Lovable builds are stable and performant.
- Fluent English: Ability to digest detailed customer onboarding notes in English and communicate effectively with the QA team. All sites will be built in English so having near native level English in ALL communication methods is a MUST.
- Independence: You thrive when given a goal and a set of tools, with minimal need for manual design “hand-holding.”
