About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grafana Dashboard Management & Integration Services Specialist to serve as the single point of contact for Grafana dashboard management and integration services. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining dashboards tailored to meet diverse business and operational needs. This includes KPI discovery, UX-optimized layouts, templated dashboards, variables, and cross-team visibility. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Agile methodologies, coordinating workload, gathering monitoring requirements, and delivering dashboards across Network, Voice, and Security domains (LAN Wired/Wireless, Firewall, VPN, DDI, Voice, etc.). You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational governance and performance management through the development of Business-Service Mapping Dashboards, providing real-time service health visibility, customer journey insights, availability and capacity analytics, and SLA performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for Grafana Dashboard Management & Integration Services.
- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain dashboards tailored to business and operational needs, including KPI discovery and UX-optimized layouts.
- Develop Business-Service Mapping Dashboards with strong capabilities in providing real-time service health visibility and customer journey insights.
- Connect Grafana with diverse observability, ITSM, APM, and infrastructure tools like Prometheus, cloud-native monitors, and relational DBs.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations using APIs and Scripts.
- Gather monitoring requirements and deliver dashboards across Network, Voice, and Security domains.
- Provide availability and capacity analytics, and SLA performance reporting.
- Coordinate workload and ensure timely delivery of dashboard solutions.
- Leverage advanced Network Monitoring, visibility, and observability solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 to 12 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Mandatory expertise in Grafana and AIOps.
- Strong knowledge of API and Network Tools integration.
- Hands-on experience with advanced Network Monitoring, visibility, and observability solutions.
- Experience with tools such as Prometheus, cloud-native monitors, and relational DBs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Experience with Aruba ClearPass, Central & UXI.
- Experience with Checkpoint and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Experience with Voice tools such as Genesys.
- Knowledge of WAN Connectivity with Cisco and cloud providers.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining custom integrations using APIs and Scripts.
