ResWare Administrator
Location: Remote (Potential Monthly travel to Plymouth Meeting, PA & Maitland, FL)
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $80,000–$110,000 (up to $120,000 for highly qualified candidates)

This is a remote role with periodic (potentially monthly) on‑site visits to Plymouth Meeting, PA and Maitland, FL for team collaboration, training, and project support.

Responsibilities
- Build, modify, and document ResWare action workflows based on state, county, and client requirements.
- Create, manage, and maintain ResWare action lists and document templates.
- Work closely with IT professionals to maintain and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with third‑party vendors and support teams (including Qualia as needed).
- Train and support internal staff to ensure accurate and efficient use of ResWare.
- Configure new clients and product types within the system.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations and XML document mapping.
- Manage internal and external portal access, permissions, and role rights.
- Map title premiums, underwriting documents, and rate structures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Support pre‑sales demonstrations and assist in project scoping and proposal development.
- Create and manage project plans to ensure timely, successful implementations.
- Coordinate cross‑department activities to ensure smooth deployments and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a ResWare Administrator is required.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure (switching & routing) is a plus.
- SQL experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience considered.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
