Founded in 2015, we are a recruitment agency and consultancy primarily focused on the Information Technology & Services industry. We offer services like Consultancy, QA-as-a-Service, Resourcing, Software Vendor solutions, and Recruitment. Our team includes business professionals, many of whom are ex-hiring managers and industry practitioners.

We place professionals in contract roles, often supporting UK Government departments such as the Royal Navy, Ministry of Defence (MOD), and the Submarine Delivery Agency (SDA). These placements cover areas like:

• Mechanical engineering for the Type 23 Frigate programme
• Safety engineering for MOD acquisition and in-service programmes

We also source talent for global enterprise digital and cloud transformation specialists who support UK Health sector customers. We are a small team of 1-10 individuals. Our roles often involve hybrid work, combining home-based work with occasional visits to client sites like Abbeywood or our Leeds office. The work environment emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, contractors, and delivery teams, often using Agile processes. Many positions are client-facing or consulting roles.
