Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Partnerships Enablement Manager with go-to-market (GTM) and/or sales experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling our partner ecosystem to effectively sell and implement Raintree’s solutions, driving mutual growth and success.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and implement enablement strategies that support our partners in effectively positioning and selling Raintree’s solutions.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for partners, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and best practices to maximize performance.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to help close/win partner deals, troubleshoot any existing partner issues and ensure they have the tools needed to succeed in their sales efforts.
  • Beta Implementation: Support and drive beta launch process with partners
  • Product Enablement: Coordinate partner product beta phase to ensure scalability at launch
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends and partner feedback to refine enablement strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Resource Creation: Develop partnership enablement materials, including presentations, product demos, case studies, and other collateral to aid partners in their sales processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of product updates and promotions to partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact for enablement support.

Position Proficiencies and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, GTM strategy, or partner enablement roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing partner enablement programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for building strong partner relationships.
