Join us in shaping excellent HR support for Ramboll

We are seeking an HR People Advisor with solid experience in HR operations, compensation and benefits and process improvements. In this role, you will work closely with engaged colleagues to ensure consistent, high‑quality HR support across our Swedish organization.
Be Part of Our Nordic People Advisory Team
As our new People Advisor, you will join the Nordic People Advisory team covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Together with colleagues across our global HR organization, you will provide guidance to employees and leaders on a wide range of local HR matters, including:
- Day‑to‑day advisory on people and organisation related topics, as well as policy interpretation
- Annual HR cycle processes
- Personnel related‑ matters and case handling
Our team supports all managers and employees across Ramboll’s entities in Sweden, working closely with Swedish HR Business Partners and the Head of HR Sweden. We are committed to being perceived as One HR—a collaborative, service-oriented‑ function that supports the business with professionalism and care.
A Role with Impact and Opportunity
HR at Ramboll is evolving. We are simplifying processes and moving toward automation and digital solutions to improve efficiency and quality. In this role, you will:
- Support coordination of key global HR processes such as our employee engagement survey OurVoice, development dialogues, and annual salary review
- Maintain and update employee guidance and internal communications
- Act as a sparring partner on Swedish legislation and local processes for our Global HR Operations colleagues in India
- Contribute to global HR projects
- Help anchor global processes in the Swedish business
- Be responsible for local operational processes (eg within work environment, pensions, registrations and reporting)
Our daily tools include Workday and ServiceNow, so familiarity with modern HR systems is a strong advantage.
What You Bring
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with a varied task portfolio. To succeed, you should bring:
- Solid operational HR experience and knowledge of Swedish labor law
- Good knowledge of Swedish compensation and benefits setup, including pension schemes
- Confidence using HR systems and the Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Fluency in Swedish and strong communication skills in English
- A structured, proactive, and solution oriented‑ approach
- A service mindset, and flair for working with data and analysis
