Develops unified sensing and decision infrastructure (Sensor OS) for national defense and critical infrastructure.

About Rebellion Industries

We design and build unified sensing and decision infrastructure, which we call the Sensor OS. Our system creates a continuously operating security system, integrating sensors, software, and autonomous capabilities into an intelligence layer. This enables shared sensing, converts data into decisions, and allows for adaptive responses. We focus on national defense, critical infrastructure, and commercial environments where sensing, autonomy, and quick decisions are crucial. We tackle modern threats like low-cost drones and hypersonics by developing radar technologies that are affordable, scalable, modular, portable, and deployable.

Our products include:

  • ARGUS: A modular multi-band radar, designed for long-range, multi-threat detection in a miniaturized form factor.
  • PRISM: An advanced data fusion system that combines over 40 onboard and offboard sensor feeds, including radar, EO/IR, AIS, and ESM, into a single authoritative track.
  • IRIS: A digital console for human computer vision and control, providing situational awareness, advanced threat detection, and supporting faster decision-making.

We were founded in 2025 and operate in the software development industry. Our systems are built to withstand extreme conditions, from 120°F desert heat to -40°F Arctic cold.

Mission & Values

Our mission is to defend the energy, data, and defense infrastructure that powers society, protecting America.

Our engineering and development principles include:

  • Operator-First Engineering: We make decisions by considering the needs of operators at the edge of conflict and defense.
  • Modularity is Strategic Superiority: We believe flexible, swappable, and mobile systems are superior to monolithic ones.
  • AI with a Mission: We use artificial intelligence to reduce operator burden and enable real-time action.
  • Autonomy that Augments: Our systems enhance human decision-making rather than replace it, maintaining mission accountability.
  • Zero-Compromise Security: All components—hardware, software, and data—are hardened for contested and critical environments.
  • Iterate Fast, Test Hard, Field Impact: We prioritize moving quickly, rigorous testing, and shipping with field validation.

Team & Culture

Our team brings together defense veterans, Aegis engineers, Silicon Valley innovators, and AI academics. Our culture emphasizes creating new solutions, working quickly, and designing affordably to protect what we call the ‘pillars of civilization’. We are a team of 11-50 employees.

Benefits & Perks

We offer competitive salaries and equity. We provide top-tier healthcare, covering 100% of premium costs for comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.
