We founded Red Clay Solutions in 2001 to provide specialized consulting and implementation services.

We focus on Oracle Utilities (OUAF), with a development, testing, and batch operations support team in the Philippines. Our consultants gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and configure and develop solutions using OUAF. We support clients through go-live, maintaining high quality and coding standards, and work closely with client teams.

Beyond Oracle Utilities, we offer business analysis services. We help clients understand their strategic goals, requirements, and challenges, focusing on process improvement, solution implementation, and organizational change. We analyze client needs, facilitate process transformation, and optimize business and technology. Our deliverables include documentation, solution designs, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and the development of roadmaps, business plans, and budgets that support strategic objectives. Our Business Analysts travel to client sites and industry events when needed.

We also manage the entire proposal process for clients. This involves working with sales leads and subject-matter experts to draft proposals in response to RFPs. We lead proposal timelines, coordinate teams, and ensure content clearly communicates our offerings and value. This includes market and competitor analysis, and ensuring compliance with branding and proposal requirements. Our proposal management service is recognized; LinkedIn lists “Writing and Editing” as one of our industries.
