RedSky was founded in 2016. We are an IT and cybersecurity advisor and solutions integrator, helping clients with complex challenges. We offer consulting, IT governance, project management, systems integration, technical solutions, strategic planning, PMO services, program management, cybersecurity, operations support, AV/VTC, cyber strategy, and executive communications. Our team has decades of military and federal civilian experience, especially with national security IT and cyber challenges. We are also part of RedSky ITility Enterprise Systems, LLC (RIES), an 8(a) SBA Mentor-Protégé joint venture.
In 2024, we received the 8(a) Business of the Year Award and the USWCC Growth Master Award. Our CEO, Carol Monroe, won a Women in Technology Leadership Award in 2024 and was named a DCA Live Rising Star of GovCon in 2023. We’ve also earned the U.S. Department of Labor Platinum HIRE Vets Medallion Program Award every year since 2019 and are recognized for 2025.
