We are a small, highly specialized team with deep technical expertise and a strong reputation for delivering high-quality results. Now, we are ready to scale our commercial side and are looking for our first dedicated Sales Representative.

About the role
We are seeking a Sales Representative who will be fully responsible for developing and executing a repeatable sales process within Traceroute42.
This is a pure sales role -your only responsibility will be to generate revenue by acquiring new clients.
No account management, no delivery, no operations - just sales. Your mission - to grow Traceroute42 by consistently bringing in new B2B clients month over month through structured, repeatable and data-driven sales activities.
Your responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Actively acquiring new B2B clients in Poland and internationally,
Building a predictable sales pipeline and closing contracts month over month,
Identifying and approaching companies that need DevOps, cloud, Kubernetes and infrastructure services,
Conducting discovery calls, qualifying leads and presenting our offer,
Negotiating contracts and closing deals,
Building and leveraging your own network in the technology sector,
Cooperating closely with founders and the technical team to align sales with delivery capabilities,
Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities.
Who we are looking for (Must-have)
Proven experience in B2B sales of technology / IT services (preferably DevOps, cloud, hosting, infrastructure, SaaS),
Track record of closing deals and generating revenue,
Strong understanding of technical services and ability to sell complex offerings,
Existing network in the technology sector (clients, decision-makers, partners),
Highly results-oriented mindset β you are measured by revenue, not activity,
Independence, ownership and strong personal accountability,
Fluent Polish and English (an least C1 level).
Nice to have
Experience in selling DevOps / cloud / infrastructure services,
Background in companies like hosting providers, MSPs, and cloud integrators,
Experience selling to SaaS or internet companies,
International sales experience.
