Job Description
We are seeking a versatile and results-driven Data Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role blends the technical depth of data engineering with the strategic insight of business analytics responsible for understanding the business functions & developing scalable data solutions, analytics and delivering actionable insights to the business.
What will you be getting up to?
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics, KPIs, and data requirements.
Translate complex datasets into clear, business-oriented insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across platforms.
Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business teams to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
What do we need from you?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in data analysis.
Excellent communication skills, capable of talking to people across IT and business, as well as to stakeholders at various levels of the company,
Hands-on approach, proactive and self starting
Desire to deliver the best quality and meet the client’s needs
Willingness to self-study and learn new skills to handle any upcoming tasks
Strong prioritisation and communication skills
High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
Encourages people to question and challenge practices or procedures that are not fit for purpose
Strong proficiency in SQL & Analytics tools.
Self motivated and able to work effectively in a team
