We started Replica in 2019 to help with urban planning and decisions about the built environment.
Our platform gives you data, metrics, tools, and applications for multi-modal transportation, demographics, economic activity, land use, and infrastructure.
We generate new data every three months. This lets us compare trip patterns over time and show how people respond to new infrastructure and policies. We replicate trip data for different geographic levels and times, checking our models against real data from public agencies.
Our data model supports studies on things like commute patterns, bike and pedestrian traffic, and network link volumes. We work with public agencies, land developers, and private companies. Some of our customers include Caltrans, TexasDOT, Illinois DOT, MTA, Waymo, Deloitte, AECOM, Arup, WSP, Chicago, SEPTA, McKinney, TX, Stantec, GNRC, Sandag, and Seattle.
