ChartHop

We built ChartHop as a data-first HR platform that helps organizations make better people decisions. We bring together people and business data, combining core HR functions with tools for planning, performance management, and AI-driven analytics.

Our platform features visual, interactive dashboards and configurable workflows. It includes five modules: HRIS, Headcount Planning, Compensation, Performance, and Engagement. We use AI to provide insights and support decision-making, with an “Access Guard security system” to manage data visibility.

We offer visualizations like dynamic org charts, employee profiles, data sheets, map view, company calendars, and reporting dashboards. ChartHop integrates with systems such as ATS, payroll, equity, finance, Salesforce, and Zendesk.

Our platform is used by executives, people operations teams, talent acquisition, finance leaders, and managers. We were founded in 2018 and have completed a SOC 2 Type 2 examination.
