ResortPass

We founded ResortPass in 2016 as an online marketplace. We offer day access to luxury hotel amenities like pools, private beaches, spas, and fitness facilities. We partner with over 2,000 hotels and resorts, including Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, Westin, and Fairmont.

Since then, we’ve connected over 5 million guests to resort amenities. We offer day passes starting at $25 and also provide Day Rooms for guests who need a place to recharge. In 2023, ResortPass raised $26 million in Series B funding.

Our platform runs on a modern technology stack on AWS, using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Postgres, MongoDB, and ECS. We are also working on international expansion and new service offerings. Our customer service team is available seven days a week.

Our mission is to make rest more mindful, togetherness more meaningful, and escape more accessible. We do this by integrating relaxation and luxury into daily life.

We have a team of 51-200 employees. Our work environment emphasizes collaboration across teams like product, design, data, and platform engineering. Team members often operate autonomously, take ownership, and participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems.

Many engineering roles are based in NYC and require in-person work four days a week. Other roles, like seasonal account management support, can be remote and contract-based. The company fosters a strong culture that values a positive and collaborative atmosphere, focusing on delivering products that meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
