We are a financial technology company founded in 2012. Our app lets users access their money as they earn it, rather than waiting for scheduled paydays. We offer Live Pay for real-time access, Cash Out for daily and pay period access to earned wages, and Early Pay for direct deposits up to two days sooner.

We also offer financial management tools like Balance Shield for overdraft protection, Credit Monitoring to view your VantageScore 3.0® by Experian®, and Tip Yourself, a no-cost, FDIC-insured savings account. The EarnIn Card, Deposit Account, and Secured Account are issued by Evolve Bank & Trust, Member FDIC, with the EarnIn Card issued pursuant to a license from Visa USA Inc.

We don’t charge interest, require credit checks, or impose mandatory fees for standard transfers, though optional fees apply for expedited services like Lightning Speed. Since our founding, 3.8 million customers have accessed over $15 billion in earnings, and our app has earned over 427,000 5-star reviews. Our data shows that 49% of users can cover an unexpected $400 expense, 73% can budget more effectively, and 66% are able to pay bills on time.

We are backed by partners including A16Z, Matrix Partners, and DST. Inc. Magazine also recognized us in 2023 with a Best In Business Award for Economic/Financial Equity. We partner with employers to offer integration-free, no-cost financial wellness benefits.

We employ between 201-500 individuals. Our teams operate remotely and in hybrid models from global locations including Mountain View (US), Bengaluru (India), Mexico City (Mexico), Bangkok (Thailand), and Vancouver (Canada).
