As a Senior Investment Operations Analyst on our Ridgeline Intelligent Operations (RIO) team, you’ll lead day-to-day operational excellence across EMEA while driving readiness for Nordic market expansion. This is a high-impact, senior-level role that blends hands-on support, regulatory expertise, and mentorship. You’ll serve as a trusted escalation point, build operational playbooks, and partner cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Client Success. Your leadership will shape how we support our international customers while ensuring operational readiness at scale.

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:00pm (Dublin time).
You must be permitted to work in Ireland, including under EU work authorization, without the need for employer sponsorship.
The impact you will have:
- Lead daily operational support for EMEA-based customers with reliability, quality, and accountability
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex regional issues, ensuring seamless resolution across teams
- Define and maintain operational workflows and documentation tailored to EMEA and Nordic markets
- Build and refine EMEA-specific operational playbooks, integrating regulatory and functional requirements
- Serve as the RIO lead for Ridgeline’s Nordic expansion, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable regional readiness
- Translate EU and Nordic financial regulations into practical, operational workflows in collaboration with Legal and Compliance
- Provide informed guidance to Product and Engineering on EMEA-specific requirements and constraints
- Support US Start of Day operations by ensuring continuity, escalation coverage, and incident management
- Mentor and guide junior analysts across regions, sharing knowledge and contributing to their growth
- Contribute to training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives within the RIO team
What we look for:
- 7+ years of experience in investment operations, fintech, or financial services
- Deep knowledge of EU and Nordic financial regulations (e.g., MiFID II, AIFMD, SFDR, EMIR)
- Proven track record supporting regional or global operational models
- Experience working with investment managers and SaaS-based systems
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams across time zones
- A growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and passion for operational excellence
- Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in the investment management domain
- Serious interest in having fun at work
Bonus:
- Experience directly supporting Nordic investment firms or regulations
- Familiarity with US investment operations and handoffs
- Background in compliance, regulatory operations, or operational risk management
- Additional European language skills (especially Nordic languages)
