Job Title: Growth Marketer

We are currently looking for:
A hands-on Growth Marketer to own the full go-to-market strategy for an exciting consumer app launch. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment -pre-launch - meaning you’ll have real ownership over how this product reaches the market. We’re looking for someone who has been through an app launch before, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to drive user acquisition across both paid and organic channels. If you’re data-driven, action-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a full go-to-market strategy for a consumer app launch
Own paid and organic acquisition channels: social, search, ASO, influencer, PR
Define KPIs, track performance, and iterate rapidly based on data
Work cross-functionally with product, design, and leadership
Build launch campaigns and community/buzz pre-launch
Experience & Skills
Proven experience launching a consumer app (end-to-end, from pre-launch to scale)
Strong grasp of growth loops, retention mechanics, and funnel optimisation
Hands-on with paid social (Meta, TikTok), Google UAC, and analytics tools
Data-driven mindset with a bias for action
Immediately available or very short notice
