About Roivant

We founded Roivant in 2014 to quickly deliver innovative medicines and technologies to patients, improving their health. We do this by building “Vants”—our nimble, entrepreneurial biotech and healthcare technology companies.

This model allows us to source talent, align incentives, and deploy technology across discovery, development, and commercialization efficiently. Our family of companies targets various diseases, including uterine fibroids, endometriosis, prostate cancer, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, pulmonary arterial hypertension, and multiple rare and fatal pediatric conditions. We focus on disease areas where R&D investment is disproportionately low compared to societal medical needs.

Besides biopharmaceutical Vants, we also build technology-focused Vants to improve how medicines are developed and sold. Since 2019, our Vants have conducted 12 positive Phase 3 trials and achieved 8 FDA approvals. In 2022, we launched VTAMA® (tapinarof) cream, 1%, for the topical treatment of plaque psoriasis in adults. Organon acquired Dermavant, one of our Vants, in 2024.
