We were founded in 2012 by Justin Viles and Bruce Buchanan. We expanded into Melbourne, Singapore, and New Zealand in 2013, then the US in 2014 and Europe in 2015. Over the years, we’ve expanded our global presence to 15 markets with 9 offices across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. We’ve secured over US $480 million in funding and were valued at $3.5 billion in 2025. Our history includes several acquisitions: Rocklive (2012), CalReply (2017), OfferLogic (2019), Aftersell (2024), and Canal (2025).
