We are the parent company of TMS.ai, an AI-native Transportation Management System (TMS). We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Toronto, Canada, developing logistics technology. Our platform powers TMS.ai and helps other logistics companies build their own Supply Chain ERPs.

It includes core infrastructure, transportation business logic, and customization tools. This allows companies to manage operations their way, rather than being limited by rigid software. Our goal is to automate, simplify, and scale freight operations.

The platform offers LTL planning, mobile access, pricing, customer portals, TMS software, trucking software, dispatch software, live driver tracking, reporting, order management, and transportation management. We integrate AI across our system to automate tasks. Our key AI assistants include:

• TED, an email assistant that converts emails into orders, maintains order updates based on email communication, and syncs documents directly into the TMS.
• Rosie, an order assistant that supports users in completing updates, connecting information, and uncovering insights related to shipments.
• Rocky, an onboarding partner that assists with initial business setup and continuous optimization of system usage.

In 2024, our platform processed over $2.7 billion in freight and we released over 470 new features and updates. Over 100,000 people in the supply chain use it, and businesses rate it an average of 4.8 out of 5 stars for ease of use and reliability. We employ between 51 and 200 individuals.

We have a hybrid work model. Employees come to our downtown Toronto office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. They can work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. Our downtown Toronto office has an in-house coffee shop, a pizza oven, and a rooftop patio.

Our engineering teams collaborate on technical direction, taking ideas from concept to delivery and partnering with cross-functional teams. They use AI tools in planning, implementation, and verification to speed up delivery and maintain quality. We value curiosity and continuous improvement.

We provide a comprehensive benefits program, including a health care spending account and parental leave top-up. Employees receive a stock option plan, a Macbook, and a tech equipment package. We offer three weeks of vacation to start. Employees can also buy an extra week annually. We close the office for winter holidays and provide three personal days.
