Ryz Labs is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the development and execution of one of our clients’ programs. This is a non-technical role focused on operational excellence, cross-functional coordination, and the rigorous delivery of medical-grade digital therapeutics.
Qualifications:
- +4 years of experience
- Healthcare Experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Jira for task tracking and workflow management.
- Experience with Gantt charts and other timeline visualization tools.
- Strong cross-collaboration abilities and the communication skills necessary to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Time management
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus).
What you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that align multiple workstreams toward a successful program launch.
- Own the project schedule. Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external collaborators, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Work closely with the Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure all project activities meet medical device standards and healthcare regulations.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project health, risks, and resource allocation.
