About the role
Join the team that keeps HR running for a business operating in over 20 countries. As our SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you’ll own the day-to-day health of an integrated landscape that thousands of colleagues rely on.
In this role, you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Support technical and functional operations of the SAP SuccessFactors Cloud system, with a dominant focus on Performance & Goals and Succession & Development components, ensuring seamless end-to-end processes across the business in over 20 countries.
- Contribute to delivery of software solutions, align concepts with consultants and key-users, maintain relevant technical documentation, perform key-user training, manage and/or perform implementations within related area of responsibility.
- Participate in testing, user support, and key-user training activities.
- Support coordination with external IT providers during development, enhancements, and support activities, maintaining a collaborative and productive working relationship.

Hands-on experience with Human Capital Management processes and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Cloud or On-Prem solutions, with a dominant focus on Performance & Goals and Succession & Development (Talent & Career Development) components.
Expertise with any of the following components – Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting Analytics (Story Reporting), Learning Management Systems and/or Recruiting will be considered an asset.
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
Good understanding of software development lifecycles and IT service processes (ITSM).
Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Proactive, motivated self-learner with a strong desire to extend their expertise in functional consulting within SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Sciences, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Economics or related field, providing a solid foundation in relevant knowledge and principles.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
