Sastrify, launched in 2020, is a software management platform. We protect digital supply chains through our AI-powered product suite. We address Shadow IT, assess vendor risk, and provide documentation and monitoring for compliance frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, and the AI Act. We also help CIOs and IT leaders manage secure AI adoption. Procurement and IT teams globally use our services for vendor insights and benchmark data.

We help IT, Procurement, and Finance teams get full visibility, automate tracking, and optimize their software investments. Our platform automatically discovers all software tools by connecting to existing systems (IDP, Browser, ERP). We map ownership, usage, renewals, and spending to create a complete software inventory. We also control access and license usage, automate renewal alerts and approvals, and track vendors. We benchmark software contracts against a database of thousands of live data points. Our AI suggests fair pricing, optimal renewal timing, and negotiation strategies. Our platform also automates compliance documentation, attaching certificates and generating audit reports for regulations like DORA, NIS2, and the AI Act.

We also offer Procurement as a Service (PaaS), acting as an outsourced procurement department. This service covers the entire procurement lifecycle: intake, sourcing, negotiation, compliance, and reporting. We manage over 50,000 users on our platform and integrate compliance and IT workflows. In 2024, we acquired Pengu and Ensemble. Clients have reported managing 90% of vendors and spend within 7 days (or 45 days for PaaS), an average time saving of 6 hours per week, and an average savings of 30% on software spend. We leverage over $6 billion in benchmark data and have auto-mapped and benchmarked 15,000 vendors. Maximilian Messing and Sven Lackinger founded the company, which has received funding from various venture capital investors.

Our team consists of 51-200 employees. We maintain a remote structure but value in-person connections. We provide 30 days of paid vacation, plus national holidays. Employees have a flexible work schedule, allowing them to adapt their hours. We offer an annual learning and development budget of EUR 1,000 and a one-time equipment budget of EUR 850 for remote office setup, with a rental laptop also provided.
