- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive treasury or finance experience, including leadership of cash operations and payment processes.
- Strong experience in cash management, liquidity planning, and financial risk management.
- Proficiency with treasury management systems (TMS), payment platforms, and banking technologies.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system.
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience with process optimization.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, San Diego, CA, or Denver, CO. Hybrid.
- The position may require up to 10% domestic travel.
Base Pay - $190,000 - $220,000
The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package. Final details will be discussed during the later stages of the hiring process.
