Apex Clean Energy

We founded Apex Clean Energy in 2009 to accelerate the shift to clean energy. We originate, develop, construct, and operate utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage facilities, distributed energy resources, and green fuels across the United States and North America. We manage the entire project cycle, from site identification through commercial operation.

So far, we have commercialized 12 GW of clean energy and created over $15 billion in clean energy opportunities. Our operational projects generate 2.5 GW of clean energy and are projected to displace 800 million tons of CO2 over their lifetime. We are currently developing a portfolio of over 50 GW.
