Job Description
Support for the Sales Process
Presenting the SCIA Engineer software to potential customers (online, in person, or at seminars)
Delivering prepared presentations, with the option to adapt and create your own versions over time
Preparing customized presentations according to the needs of the sales process
Providing consultations and analyzing customer requirements for project proposals
Technical Support for Customers and Projects
Consulting on customer-specific technical requirements
Conducting training sessions (online, on-site, or in our office)
Creating customer support materials
Implementing our solutions within customer environments
Supporting the localization of new software versions
Localizing the program interface and documentation
Testing new versions and verifying localization accuracy
Preparing installation data for Czech and Slovak customers
Requirements
Requirements
University degree in civil engineering (preferably structural engineering or structural mechanics)
Solid knowledge of structural analysis and design of load-bearing structures
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Czech (or Slovak) and English, both spoken and written
Friendly attitude, team spirit, and customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel
Category B driving license
Advantages
1–2 years of experience in structural engineering
Practical experience with structural analysis and design
Knowledge of structural engineering software (preferably SCIA Engineer)
Knowledge of Allplan software is an advantage
Experience with customer communication and presentations
