We are a multidisciplinary engineering, architecture, and project management company. Founded in 1992 by Robert (Bob) Valdes, we have grown into a 200-person business. Initially a civil/structural firm for the refining industry, we now serve clients in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Chemicals, Life Sciences, Buildings, Transportation, Water, Government, Higher Education, Facilities, Manufacturing, Science & Technology, Pharmaceutical, and Agribusiness markets.

We offer a complete range of services, including Mechanical, Electrical, Civil/Structural/Architectural, Piping Stress Analysis, Piping & Plant Layout, Project Management, Project Controls, Laser Scanning & Surveying, Construction Management, Cost Estimating, Validation, Plant Services & Support, Architecture, Programming, Solutions Creation & Selection, Staffing Services, Integration, Procurement Services, Transportation Engineering, Municipal Engineering, Process, and Instrumentation & Controls. We complete all our work in the United States and have finished over 7,300 projects.

We hold professional licenses for Architecture, Land Surveying, Professional Engineering, and Structural Engineering. We are also a certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), with certifications from the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Illinois Department of Central Management Services (BEP), City of Chicago (MBE), and California Public Utilities Commission, The Supplier Clearinghouse (MBE).
