We launched in 2011 as a software company building a purchasing and supplier orchestration platform for life sciences. Our goal is to make it easier for R&D organizations and their suppliers to work together. Our platform combines purchasing, supplier management, and payment processing into one system and digital marketplace.

Scientists can use our platform to buy services and products from our network of over 3,800 approved suppliers, or they can sync their existing suppliers. We include an intake process, workflows, and integrations that guide users through approvals and compliance. We also integrate supplier data into Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs), allow secure transfer of large files, and use an automated payment system to validate invoices and pay suppliers quickly.

Our platform helps research & development, procurement, finance, legal, and quality teams. Instead of many individual agreements, they can use a single contract model. We rigorously qualify suppliers using online questionnaires and industry standards. Our services and specialties include R&D services management, outsourcing R&D, toxicology studies, biospecimens, animal models, IND-enabling studies, budget management, R&D operations, sequencing, synthesis, medical devices, and product testing. Some of our clients are life sciences companies like BMS, AbbVie, Gilead, and Astellas.
