We are looking for an experienced software engineer with a strong frontend focus who wants to build impactful products in a large-scale, fast-moving environment. In this role, you will take ownership of features end-to-end — from discovery and architecture to production and operations.
How your role will look like:
- Own features end-to-end across the stack: You design, build, ship, and operate full-stack applications with a strong focus on modern frontend development (based on React and Typescript). From architecture decisions to production monitoring, you take responsibility for delivering reliable, scalable software.
- Collaborate deeply with product and cross-functional teams: You work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business goals into robust technical solutions. You actively contribute to discovery, requirement refinement, and technical design discussions.
- Build scalable systems in a large engineering environment: You develop and maintain services across frontend, backend, and database layers, ensuring that solutions are scalable, observable, and production-ready.
- Contribute to technical direction and engineering excellence: You help evaluate technical trade-offs, propose pragmatic solutions, and continuously improve our systems, tooling, and engineering practices.
- Operate what you build: Following a “you build it, you run it” mindset, you take responsibility for running services in production, monitoring system health, and continuously improving reliability and performance.
What you need to succeed:
- Strong frontend expertise: You have deep experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript, including state management, performance optimization, testing, and scalable frontend architecture.
- Full-stack engineering mindset: While your primary strength is frontend development, you are comfortable working across the stack and collaborating on backend systems using technologies such as Kotlin and Spring Boot, APIs, and databases.
- AI-assisted development mindset: You actively leverage AI-based coding tools and assistants to accelerate development, explore unfamiliar technologies, and increase engineering productivity.
- Experience operating software in production: You are familiar with modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and incident response, and are comfortable owning services beyond deployment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills: You work effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, translating technical complexity into clear trade-offs and practical solutions.
- Problem-solving in complex environments: You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex challenges, and iterating quickly to deliver impactful solutions.
- Ownership and initiative: You proactively clarify requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements — not only implementing solutions but helping shape the right ones.
